 Pre-aportes para registrarse:

 - $15  hasta el 11 de Septiembre
- $20 el 12 de Sept. (Puerta)
- $50 paquete familiar (4 integrantes) Desde el 1ero  hasta el 11 de septiembre
- $5 estudiantes (15 a 18 años) que presenten cédula tanto a la hora de registro, como en el ingreso al festival. Menos de 14 años entran gratis (con cédula)

Terreno Privado via Panamericana Norte km 9 1/2 via a Carapungo. Calle detrás de las bodegas de Yanbal. 5min caminando desde la Panamericana Norte ( Existirá señalización al terreno desde es punto)

Actividades para los niños

Requisitos para la mejor experiencia y un evento exitoso:
- Informarse completamente sobre SEEDS Festival por medio de este sitio web
- Mantenerse al día con anuncios del evento
- Protector Solar (Ej. Aceite natural de coco un producto sin químicos)
- Pequeña estructura para sombra y/o simplemente gorra - sombrero
- Agua (Propia botella - no desechable)
- Para Picnic (Tela para acomodarse en el suelo, comida cocinada en casa, etc..)
- Paraguas (por si las moscas)
- Traer no - basura (o llevarse de regreso consigo)


MUY IMPORTANTE Acuerdo Legal
En la producción de SEEDS, se asegura que durante el evento exista paz, tranquilidad y mucho amor. Sin embargo, cualquier persona natural o jurídica, al aceptar y/o al atender la invitación del evento Festival SEEDS - Ecuador Sembrando Conciencia, (ya sea también como voluntario para la producción de SEEDS) ha entendido y acepta como un acuerdo que durante el evento y/ su producción, ya sea antes o después del Sábado, Septiembre 12 2015 puede ocurrir robos y/o muertes o accidentes de cualquier tipo. El cuál, el evento SEEDS con sus productores, artistas, invitados, compañeros voluntarios y vecinos no se responsabilizan por ningún acto y están libres de cualquier denuncia. Cada persona es responsable de sus propios actos. Especialmente, cuando se existe la presencia de padres de familia y sus niños.

Los aportes monetarios recolectados en este evento, serán utilizados para recuperar el dinero invertido para su mismo producción. Festival SEEDS es sin fines de lucro.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Date: Saturday, August 16 2014
Time: 10am - 2am
Place: The address of the event will not be announced. Our intention is to reduce the use of fossil fuels that emit it's toxic gasses. We also would like to avoid the invasion of parked vehicles in the calm area of the event. These actions help reduce the increase of negative effects towards climate change. Therefore, there are only 2 ways to arrive to the event, which are:

1. By private buses, that SEEDS will provide. There will be a meeting point in a central location of the city Quito. Tribuna de los Shyris. Vehicles can park near the area. There will be a bus running every hour starting at 9:30am. (Location of the event is near Intercambiador de Carcelén, North of Quito)

2. With a group of ciclists, starting at Tribuna de los Shyris, 2 groups. One departs at 9:30am and another one at 3pm. We encourage our guests to join this adventure as it is ecological, healthy and social way to transport. Returning time, agreed upon those who ride together in the first place.

Requirements for the best experience and a successful event:
- Getting completely informed through this site of what the SEEDS Festival is all about
- Be up to date on the latest announcements through this site or facebook event page.
- Sunblock (Coconut oil seems to be the healthiest and environmental friendly)
- A small shade structure, sun-brella/umbrella, and/or simply hats and so on..
- Water (own bottle, not disposable material)
- Blanket for picnic
- Bring no trash (or take it back with you)

Funds collected from SEEDS Festival will be utilized for Audiopharmacy's Collective Wave project. Which is to build and establish a self-reliant city in Ecuador. This large scale action helps speed up the process of regenerating the planet. Form information, please click the links below.



VERY IMPORTANT Liability Agreement
In the production of SEEDS, we ensure that there will be peace, tranquility and love. However, any person that attends SEEDS Festival (even if it is a volunteer at the event) has understood and accepts as an agreement that during the event and it's production time, before or after Saturday, August 16 2014 there can be an assault, stolen items, death, or an accident of any kind. In which, SEEDS Festival with it's producers, artists, volunteers and neighbors are released from any liability claims by festival guests. Every person is responsible for their own actions, Especially, when it come to families and their children.
